Community Guidelines

Every logged score counts toward Ironclad's leaderboards — friends, and a global board. A friend you've connected with (by invite code — never by searching or browsing) always sees your real display name, avatar, and a percentage of your own baseline, since connecting as friends is itself explicit consent. On the global board, a stranger sees a randomly generated alias and a generic avatar in their place by default — you can choose to show your real name and photo there too, in Profile. Nobody ever sees your raw scores, your streaks in detail, or the labels you've written for your own categories, goals, penalties or bonuses — those stay private to you, always.
What's not OK
Since a display name and avatar are the only things ever shown to someone else, that's what these rules cover. Don't use one that:
- Impersonates another person, or claims to be Ironclad staff;
- Contains harassment, hate speech, or sexually explicit content;
- Is designed to mislead or confuse other users about who you are.
Automatic checks
Every display name and profile photo is checked automatically before anyone else can see it. A name or photo that breaks these rules is refused, and you're asked to choose another.
Reporting
In the app, open Leaderboards. Tap Report next to a friend in Manage, or tap anyone on the Global board. Choose what's wrong, add anything we should know, and send it. We review every report, usually within 24 hours, and the person you reported is never told who reported them.
Blocking
Tap Block next to their name instead (or as well). Blocking ends the friendship immediately, on both sides, and stops them adding you again with your invite code. They are never told you blocked them. You can undo a block later from the same tab.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, a report may result in your name or photo being removed, or your account being suspended. We aim to act on every report within 24 hours.
